Larew Productions The Soldier's Tale Antigone Herod and the Slaughter of the Innocents The Tsar Has His Photograph Taken Image of Saint Nicholas Press Recordings Contact	The Image of Saint Nicholas The Image of Saint Nicholas comes from the 12th-century Fleury Playbook, a rich and diverse collection of medieval music-dramas which includes, among others, three additional dramas about Saint Nicholas: The Three Daughters, The Three Clerks, and The Son of Getronis. Each play depicts one of the saint’s miracles. In our performance, we take medieval visual art as the inspiration for our staging and gestures. We have added moments of vocal harmony and drone accompaniment to the original 12th-century chant.
